The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Western Australia, Consumer Protection branch, Charities and associations section lodged the West Australian Car Club (Inc) constitution effective 30 November 2017.
The new club constitution is aligned to the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 which commenced 1 July 2016.
A big thank you goes to the members that took an interest in the process and attended the meetings required to pass the Special Resolution and make this happen!
